Moms'Night Out Review

I have to admit I was ecstatic when I found out I was going to be able to review this book. I was hearing about it all over social media for months. What is Moms' Night Out you ask? Well it's one of the funniest books I've read in awhile. If you're a mom you've been there, you know, craving a night out with your friends? That means finding a babysitter for your kids right? Dad perhaps? What could possibly go wrong?

Moms' Night Out is a 279 page novelization of the movie by Tricia Goyer (an author of over forty books) published by B&H Books. But don't let the page number intimidate you. It's a fast read because it is so action packed it's hard to put it down. You can really relate to these moms in some way or another. It is based on the movie Moms'Night Out. A depicted comedy that tells the story of three frazzled moms, their husbands, a sister in law, a missing baby, a tattoo parlor owner, a motorcycle gang and a cabbie all come together.

The movie stars Sarah Drew (Grey's Anatomy), Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond) and Sean Asten (Lord of the Rings) In select theaters now.

Moms' Night Out and Other Things I Miss by Kerri Pomarolli

This book of devotionals was inspired by the movie. It will definitely make you laugh. So true and down to earth you will certainly discover that you are not alone in this zoo called "motherhood". Read them to brighten your day and make you feel like you can do this. With chapters titled "Mirror, Mirror in my car" and "Princess Mentality "you are sure to find something you can relate to. I really enjoyed this book and go back to it on occasion to have a good laugh at these realistic scenarios.

I received these books for free in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
